About Shane
I have been in finance since I was 18 when I was recruited by a Fortune 500 firm. I elected not to go to college. Instead became the top Registered Investment Advisor in my division. While mastering finance and securities I was starting companies on the side. To this date, I have helped over 30+ companies launch and helped several founders become mid to high 6-figure earners with companies that have grown into 7-figure institutions as startups with no upfront capital. I discovered my true gift is teaching. So, I sought knowledge and have always taught what I have learned to others along the way for free. Eventually, I realized that teaching was my passion naturally leading to my becoming the top facilitator for the entire eastern seaboard for a Fortune 50 company. All the while aiding in L&D startups to help athletes have a life after fame. The love of teaching has led me to become a certified Train-The-Trainer, multiple securities licensed advisor, CFA candidate, multi-founder, best-selling author, award-winning speaker, and many more accolades that don't hold a candle to the joy of teaching, training, and coaching.

I use the FQ3C quantitative method for assessment and then leverage the 12 variables to curate a for sure strategy that we then execute.
I take the first 2 - 3 lessons to help us learn how you learn and learn your way of looking at the challenge.
Next 3 - 4 lessons are the fundamental blocks that you can use on your own to unlock anything within the subject at hand.
We then do breakthrough sessions from there where we leverage the 80/20 rule and the FQ3C workbook to track your progress, make necessary alterations, and then keep implementing the plan given.
My methods are good for all levels. I find the most joy working with intermediate to experts.
My methods have led to drug dealers, 3 days out of prison, going on to owning multi-million dollar companies, to college students growing their companies to just under 4 million in revenue from nothing within their first year working with me.
What sets me apart as a tutor is I have done everything that I teach. Do to my exposure, I became the facilitator for a fortune 50 company without a college degree before my 30th birthday. To my knowledge no one has done that in the history of the industry.
My experience as a facilitator/teacher has led me to training professional athletes, experts, schools, and C-suite executives. What I have found is no amount of money or success in life compares to the high I get seeing a student transform in front of my eyes when they latch onto a concept and start to take on a form of their own that I could never have dreamed of.
At the end of the day, you want someone who has done the crazy and done the impossible to train you because then you know that whatever you are looking to accomplish is possible.

I am willing to provide breakpoint (cheaper) pricing if there is upfront payment for 3 months or more. Travel inside of Greenville county will be covered by me and anything outside of the county will have a $.15/mile one-way charged according to the gps. This charge does include the round trip.
