About Marie
I am a registered nurse with a first class honours degree in nursing and a masters degree with distinction in aesthetic medicine. I have been informally tutoring student nurses and those on access courses for healthcare related degrees for the past 2 years and the majority of people I have assisted have gone on to pass their modules at level 3/4/5. I also have experience designing and delivering training packages in a wide variety of settings, including hospitals and universities. I would now like to move into more formal tutoring.

I act as a facilitator and encourage curiosity; I believe that learning should be fun and that people should not be tutored to just pass the assignment. The question should always be "Why are we doing this?" and not "What answers will be on the test?". Reading at a deeper and wider level earlier on in studies leads to time efficiency later on in studies as the student has a bank of resources they can call upon when writing assignments.
