About Abbey
I have been in the field of veterinary medicine for over 15 years; registered for over 10 of them.
My clinical experience spans a wide variety including mixed animal practice, equine surgery and sports medicine, small animal anesthesia, and more. Throughout my time in practice, I spent a significant amount of time training new technicians and participating in mentorship. These experiences inspired my love for teaching.
Most recently, I have instructed the topics of radiography and anesthesia in a virtual setting.
I am so excited to help you move through your career in veterinary medicine and develop the confidence to conquer any task the job puts in your pathway. You are meant to make a difference!

My approach is based in clinical application in the veterinary field. The goal is to make challenging concepts easier to understand by connecting the dots between textbook pages and the clinical floor. I believe everyone has valuable experience, and getting to know your background will help me tailor sessions to best fit your needs.
Lessons will be primarily virtual, with ability to meet on a limited basis depending on location.
