About Catherine
I have a degree in pastry arts and love to bake. In fact, I have been baking since I was 4 years old. I have competed in over 20 competitions over the years but really just love to share my knowledge of taking simple items and making them better. Even though I work a full-time job, I always make time to bake every week. While I do have many recipes for class, I am always interested in what students want to learn and try to provide that opportunity. Baking is so much fun once you know what to do!

I have a degree in Pastry arts and my passion is cakes, specifically cupcakes. They are easy to make, easy to share, and with a few ingredients and some new techniques, you can turn them into something special. In these lessons, we will utilize box cake mixes and elevate them to incredible desserts that will leave your friends asking "Where did you buy these?" I have taught many students online how to elevate their dessert game. Before that, I helped open the first cupcake bakery in my city. I cannot wait to show you what you can do in the kitchen!
