About Della
Learning piano should be an exciting journey, and I enjoy making that journey meaningful for every student. With more than 12 years of experience teaching college students, I create lessons that are enjoyable, practical, and designed to match individual learning goals.
My teaching style is supportive and encouraging. I explain musical concepts in simple English, demonstrate techniques step by step, and ensure students fully understand each lesson before moving ahead.
I use innovative teaching methods including digital learning platforms, rhythm practice, ear training, listening exercises, and personalized song learning. These methods help students stay interested while building strong technical skills.
Students improve note reading, finger techniques, scales, chords, posture, rhythm, and expressive performance. I offer continuous encouragement, personalized guidance, and regular progress reviews to help students achieve lasting success.

My teaching philosophy combines communication, creativity, flexibility, and structured practice. I believe piano learning should be simple and enjoyable while building strong foundations.
Students begin with posture, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and theory. They then progress to scales, chords, articulation, and expressive playing.
I teach through demonstrations and guided practice with regular feedback.
Students explore various genres and develop creativity through improvisation.
Besides piano, I teach keyboard, ear training, music theory, and performance skills.
My mission is to develop confident musicians.
