With over 10 years of experience, I have learned that being a student is crucial to real progress. Having open ears and focused attention are the 2 most important factors in learning anything. Another great way to learn is to teach. You learn as you teach. I have shared many of my passions from; music to martial arts, from physiology to psychology. These are mere forms of expressing oneself. I aim to guide you in expressing yourself through martial arts.
