About Craig
I am a well known and experienced Australian drummer/ composer that has, for over twenty years; taught hundreds of successful students privately and academically for institutions such as the University of NSW; Australian Institute of Music and many others. I have also played on records that have gone on to win Aria awards and have released my own record for commercial sale. I have literally played for hundreds for successful pop; rock; jazz; classical and jazz rock bands ( including the Sydney Symphony Orchestra) and have toured my own bands extensively over seas.

My teaching method is geared towards getting the best out of each individual student irrespective of their level of understanding and or experience ( from beginner to professional). My approach to playing Drums/Percussion is about making music - So in addition to encouraging students to learn the fundamental principles of playing the instrument ( like technique; reading music; understanding rhythm etc) the focus is on figuring out what ' music' the student loves and building knowledge and understanding around that.
