Immersed in the field of contemplative cognitive neuroscience for over ten years, I have extensive experience collaborating, teaching, and developing professional skills in diverse interdisciplinary environments to facilitate effective knowledge translation and learning.
In other words, I use my expertise in cognitive science & psychology to leverage learning in the way brains process information.
I passionately enjoy visualizing, illustrating, and delivering high-level concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences based on scientific principles of applied cognitive psychology and pedagogy.
My approach varies from client to client depending on their individual needs and desired learning outcomes. However, my lesson plans are evidence-based, goal-oriented, and grounded in optimizing performance by meeting each learner where they are at—placing emphasis on both internal and external measures of success defined by the client.
