About Harriett
I’ve worked in hospitality for 20ish years and now run my own bakery specialising in brownies, blondies and celebration cakes. I am also a mum to 4 and spend most of my time cooking. I was taught by my mum how to cook and embrace proper hearty home cooking but love a bit of convenience food when needs must! I grew up obsessed with cooking shows like Delia and a much younger Jamie Oliver. Nowadays I love teaching my children to cook and seeing the smiles on peoples faces when they buy my cakes.
