I'm a computer science tutor with 34 years in the aerospace industry. I tutor programming (C/C++/Java), data structures, algorithms, operating systems, theory of computation, and discrete math. I have an undergraduate and professional background in mathematics and computer science. I work online with Wyzant and have more than 3000 hours experience tutoring online.

I spend one session getting to know the student so that I can tailor the tutoring experience to their strengths and weaknesses. Learning a STEM subject requires problem solving. I work with the student to practice basic concepts and build up their skills so that they can build confidence and be successful.
