About Maretha
I have majored in German and taught various languages for primary and high school learners at the beginning of my career. Later in my career, I was a German-English/Afrikaans freelance translator and focussed on the translation of academic manuscripts and articles. I was also responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading reports.

I have a passion for learning and teaching foreign languages. I prefer teaching beginners. I believe one can only learn a foreign language by hearing, speaking, and writing.
