About Michael
I started my working life as a Metallurgical Engineer but then changed to become a High School teacher for 30 years. Since retiring I have been tutoring for the past 12 years mainly to students from private schools in the Brisbane area. The majority of these have gone on to tertiary education becoming engineers , doctors etc.

My teaching methods are very much tailored to individual students needs. Some students are looking to reinforce work they have done at school while others are looking to increase their depth of understanding and extend themselves beyond the basic work. I have found that students greatly appreciate assistance with assignment work they are given particularly in the area of interpretation of the work assigned.
