About Laura
Hi! My name is Laura (she/her) and I am a rising senior at UCLA. I am majoring in Psychology and plan to become a therapist! I am passionate about making education more accessible and hope to do so on this platform. I also believe that psychology is a rich field we can learn from, and I would love to help others learn the valuable information I have learned at UCLA.
My first-ever job in high-school was a tutoring position, and it always made me feel better. I love empowering people to realize their potential, and tutoring is my favorite way to do so.

I love talking through concepts and ideas with people. Learning is a collaborative process, and I am confident that my passion for Psychology and my desire to help will push my students to succeed.
At a lesson with me, you can expect to be challenged within your zone of proximal development. I will prepare problems ahead of time given the information you provide to me, and I will present my lessons using methods that have proven to be effective in empirical studies.
