About Leo

Liao Yuze has been interested in music since he was young. He began to study violin with Zou Cong at the age of three and a half.
He has finished his bachelor degree in Academy of Arts in Xiamen University in China. Now he is studying Royal Birmingham Conservatoire with Jiafeng Chen for his master degree. He has already set up for a pinao trio band and have planning to perform around the UK.
During his study, he has performed with symphony orchestra of Xiamen University for many times, including the performances in a few well-known concert halls, such as National Centre for the Performing Arts, Fuzhou grand theater, Shenzhen Poly theater.
He has attended many master classes held in the college for many times and under the guidance of the masters, including famous American violinist Rachel Huang, Yao Shuting, violin professor Chen Jiafeng.
He was enrolled in the 65thCasals international music festival in 2017, he was guided by French master Michel Lethiec and Bruno Pasquier and gave a successful performance at the music festival.

Teaching a child needs more patient and more inspiring ideas. I like to use Suzuki teaching method to let children have fun when learning playing the violin.
Teaching an teenager or adult needs me to teach more like what is the emotion or background of a piece.
