About Roma
Having being a Corporate Law practitioner for more than a decade, I decided to dive deeper into the spiritual journey for not only to get a good health body wise but mentally too.
Yoga is not only about doing set of asanas, but rather an holistic approach for unification of body and mind....
In this hustle bustle of daily life, we kind of forget to go within and start looking for reasons outside us to make ourselves happier. Yoga surely helped me dive within and connect with my inner self and helped me feel much peaceful than ever before.
In this chaotic world, I feel everyone is entitled to experience this peace within....Surely the world would feel much better place when we connect within...and that is what I as a practitioner myself would like to strive to contribute for the world at large.

My yoga sessions are very holistic in nature and are inclusive of almost all important elements of Ashtanga Yoga.
My well designed sessions not only include Asanas, Pranayama and guided Meditation from a holistic point of view, but also include guidance in terms of the kind of diet that should be followed or the yogic habits to be adopted or the yogic hobbies to be inculcated or the thought process to be imbibed.
