About Anshu
My journey with yoga began not as a teacher, but as a student in pain. Years ago, I suffered a persistent shoulder injury followed by bad posture. Despite consulting physiotherapists and orthopedic specialists, I struggled to find lasting relief. It was through a consistent, mindful yoga practice that I slowly rebuilt strength, mobility and confidence in my body.
This journey is what inspired me to become a Certified RYT Yoga Instructor and deepen my knowledge in therapeutic yoga, proper alignment and Ayurveda-based lifestyle guidance. I wanted to help people around me as everyone around suffers from some form of physical misalignment and pain because of our modern lifestyles. Long sitting/ standing work, lack of proper sleep, lack of a balanced diet, imbalanced doshas in the body, all lead to an uncomfortable or painful body, disrupting a smooth lifestyle. Eventually we accept and start living with the pain and it becomes passive and leads to imbalanced hormones, inculcating various diseases and blockages in our physical and energy body.
I teach because I know what it feels like to feel stuck in pain — and I also know how empowering it is to regain control and strength through safe, guided and personalised movement.

My approach integrates mindful movement, therapeutic alignment, and holistic wellness principles. Along with teaching Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, I also offer Ayurveda-based lifestyle guidance to support hormonal balance, joint health, digestion, and overall vitality. My sessions are especially supportive for women managing PCOS, individuals dealing with arthritis, beginners, and adults seeking stress relief and sustainable strength.
The main sequence focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance with careful attention to alignment and safe transitions. Through Ayurveda consultancy, I also guide students on simple dietary, lifestyle, and daily routine adjustments that complement their yoga practice for lasting results.
