About Nicole
Hi, I’m Nicole, an A-level student at the Tiffin Girls’ School, one of the top grammar schools in London. I have been attending school here since Year 7 and achieved a grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Spanish, Latin and Physical Education and a grade 8 in English literature and language. I am currently studying Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics at A-level predicted A*A*A*. I have been tutoring for 2 years and have experience with students ranging from year 4 to year 11. My teaching style focuses on working on students base knowledge of their subject and building up, as well as focusing on exam technique through problem solving and active recall as I have found that this is where students often tend to struggle in exam settings.

I offer personalised tutoring sessions that are tailored to each student’s learning style, ability and academic goals. My lessons are structured, but flexible—I focus on building a strong base understanding of the material through clear explanations and then developing their knowledge through active problem-solving, and regular feedback. I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process and ensure that they understand every step in problem they are faced with. Whether you need help catching up, staying on track, or getting ahead, I adapt each session to meet your needs and help you gain confidence in the subject. As an A-level student at the Tiffin Girls’ School, one of the most prestigious grammar schools in London, I understand the level of ability and hard work required to be successful in all exams from 11+ to GCSEs and am delighted to be able to offer all my study advice and tips to help my students to succeed. I have been tutoring for 2 years now and have experience with students ranging from year 4 to year 11. My typical lesson length is 1 hour minimum however I also offer longer lessons if I feel it is beneficial to the student and I can do both online and in person lessons.
