About Divya
I have more than 3 years of working experience and currently I'm teaching English for F1-F5 students in SMK Bahau 2. I graduated from University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus and specialized in TESOL. Besides English, I'm also doing private (one-to-one )tuition for Mathematics, English and Science subjects.

My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and speak their mind.
I believe that there are five essential elements that are conducive to learning. Firstly, the teacher's role is to act as a guide. Secondly, students must have access to hands-on activities. Thirdly, students should be able to have choices and let their curiosity direct their learning. Fourthly, students need the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment. Lastly, technology must be incorporated.
Besides that, I pay attention to students’ different approaches to learning such as visual, auditory and kinaesthetic. Alos, I see assignments in relation to each other; each developing skills that are further reinforced by the next task.
