About Bob
I am a graduate in Environmental Science specialising in Microbiology. I am also the owner of a life science supply company. My business life began at about the same time as the human genome project and so I have followed development in gene sequencing from its early beginnings to the current day. Recently I have been supplying peptide synthesisers and a variety of microbiological facilities, behind all this I have a keen interest in environmental issues.
I have always placed great value on learning throughout my life, I am now semi-retired and would love to help others to learn too.
I am enthusiastic and empathetic with plenty of life experience to draw on. Hopefully, I can use this experience to provide a positive and productive learning experience to others.

I am a mature and widely read graduate with a science-based degree specialising in Microbiology and Molecular biology. I have a relaxed and personal approach to tutoring and I am flexible regarding the subjects taught.
My life experience brings background and depth to the subjects I am interested in and can provide personalised study plans for those who wish to proceed to examinations at GCSE and A levels.
Or just those who want to continue learning or broaden the depth of their understanding.
So my main focus will be on those studying curriculum subjects ages between 14 and 18 but I am open to providing learning to any age group.
