About Alayna
I’ve always loved learning, and Maths has been my favourite subject since year 1. In fact, I’ve loved it so much that I have chosen to take Further Maths as one of my A-Level subjects. The idea that others are unable to perform well in their maths exams upsets me, not because they are incapable of understanding the concepts behind the questions, but because nobody has taken the time to really speak to them and address any misconceptions. I’ve found joy in helping my classmates and other students work their ways through a series of questions, explaining how to work out the answers, and I aim to continue this through tutoring.

Having achieved top GCSE grades, as well as currently working towards predicted A-Level grades of A*, A*, A, I can confidently say that I have found multiple methods of learning and revising that have proven to be efficient and successful. I have experience in tutoring and feel obligated to do my part in sharing the power of knowledge down, explaining each topic carefully to ensure my students are able to fully grasp the concepts. I provide unique lessons, tailored to each student, to allow for maximum comprehension and understanding. I am patient and always welcome any questions.
