About Denalda
My journey began with honors at La Sapienza University in Rome, followed by a deep dive into the craft of filmmaking at the New York Film Academy. Along the way, I've been fortunate to collaborate with remarkable professionals like screenwriter and acting coach Pascal Luneau (Marion Cotillard and Juliette Binoche); DoP Joseph DiGiovanna (Bloomingdale's, Kennedy Center, Hamilton on Broadway); and Stephen Hopkins, director in both film and music video realms (Elton John, The Rolling Stones). Now settled in Paris, my days are often immersed in the art of script editing, shaping narratives into their most potent form. I've also lent my expertise as a Writing Coordinator for L'Oréal Luxe and I have the honor of teaching at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Milan.

Denalda is someone that is very dedicated to what she does and she will do her best so you can learn and advance.
She not only has knowledge in the field but she is constantly learning and developing her skills. Adding to that her passion in cinema, you can be assured that she is the teacher for you !Denalda is incredibly knowledgeable with a burning passion for screenwriting. Discussions with her about what makes movies tick are deep, fun and enlightening at the same time. Thoroughly recommend!
I met Denalda in early 2019 and we spent a lot of time going to the movies. I was delighted to go to the cinema with her because we always watched films with different subjects and film signatures. As someone who does not come from the world of cinema, but from the field of fine visual arts and literature, it was impressive and very fruitful for me to talk about the film with her precisely for her breadth of ideas and imagination. I believe that Denalda has the gift of bringing the world of art, and in particular the world of cinema and screenwriting, closer to people from different backgrounds. She is flexible and open, and this seems to me to be excellent qualities for a teacher. Moreover, I am always happy to have discussions about art with her because she is a person who reads a lot and has very deep knowledge about the different cultural and socio-political areas of our society, Which makes her an extremely interesting teacher. Its balanced relationship between theoretical and practical knowledge, mixed with a notable dose of irony and essential criticism bring a singular vision of cinematography and the process of creating a screenplay. I really recommend!
I would highly recommend Denalda's courses to anyone! Denalda comes with a deep understanding of the subject she teaches, I have seen so much passion in her which made me enjoy and love the sessions. In addition, her ability to connect with people and understand the needs makes her the best choice you can go for. She is fluent in several languages as well and that is a big plus.
I promise, same as me, you will love her!I have been following the lessons of Denalda for over a year and I can say that I found a great person, very well prepared and with a precise and complete curriculum. Denalda very well adapted the lessons to my needs by adding very interesting topics. Thanks to her, cinema is more beautiful.
I can recommend Denalda as a very thoughtful and experienced professor of film history. In addition, she is a very pleasant and subtle person.
Although I studied at a film school, Denalda opened up new facets for me. This is a person who is constantly improving her knowledge at Paris Independent Cinemas. If you want inspiration and deep systematic knowledge, don't hesitate, Denalda is a wonderful professor!
