About Allison
Life as a student can, at times, feel overwhelming. You have several classes, teachers and responsibilities. Homework, tests, quizzes, projects and papers are all vying for your attention. Maybe you pulled an “all-nighter” to study for a test, only to learn that you bombed it! Or perhaps you were certain that you completed the required assignment for your class only to learn you didn’t get credit because you never submitted it? At times, the demands of school can feel downright exhausting! I get it. I want you to know that there is hope. I refuse to believe that certain students don’t perform well because they don’t care or aren’t motivated. Rather, I’m confident that with the right tools, students will participate more actively and independently and might even - wait for it - ENJOY the learning experience!!! Through my 4 step coaching sessions, I target and teach evidence-based strategies to support confidence and competence in the classroom and beyond.
