About Rajat

Hi, I’m Rajat—a passionate fitness enthusiast with a lifelong dedication to physical and mental growth. My journey spans across various disciplines including self-taught martial arts, athletics, badminton, football, and currently, powerlifting.

Fitness has always been more than just a physical pursuit for me. It’s about discipline, self-discovery, and building lasting mental strength. I started my lifting journey at 56 kg, struggling with self-esteem, and today I stand at 92 kg—stronger in both body and mindset. This transformation taught me humility, patience, and the power of consistency.

I believe in progress over comparison. Competing with who I was yesterday has brought me peace, confidence, and a positive outlook on life. My goal now is to share this approach with others—helping people grow not just physically, but also mentally.
