About Valerie
Hi! I’m a second-year student studying to become a German and Irish teacher. I’ve always had a passion for languages and traveling. I love helping others grow in confidence with Gaeilge. I spent last summer working as a cinnire in the Gaeltacht, which helped me improve my own Irish and gave me great experience working with young people in a fun, immersive setting. I’m enthusiastic, friendly, and always aim to make learning enjoyable and engaging. Outside of college, I love running, going for walks, and reading. I also believe learning is a lifelong journey – and I bring that energy into every lesson. I'm here to help students feel more confident, prepared, and even start enjoying Irish!
