English doesn’t have to be just books and reading- I can make learning fun! I don’t expect everyone to have a passion for the classics, but even the most scientific individuals can enjoy English! Whether you are a visual leaner, active learn or audible learner, I will find something that works for you. Often, English can seem overwhelming, but together we can break the subject down and make it something you enjoy.

Lessons with me are led by your request. From writing exam answers to understanding texts, I can help with pretty much anything. All I ask is that you come to lessons ready to learn and with your own goals!
Typical lessons are around an hour in length, and these can be spent studying a text, practicing exam questions or brushing up your understanding of the subject, in general.
I am a second year English student, my favourite literature is Victorian Literature. I have been a tutor for around 6 months, primarily teaching English Literature GCSE. After university, I am looking to become a teacher.
I will typically tutor KS3 students and GCSE students, regardless of current attainment. I am well-accustomed with English Literature GCSE, however, I do also study English Language at university.
