About Karuna
I am a second year student at The University of Edinburgh (we are the oldest department of English Literature in the UK; one of the longest established in the world). I have taken A-level English Literature, completed my Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) in Romanticism and Confessional poetry and also have experience working with Cambridge and Oxford English Literature admissions tests (the ELAT) and submitted courseworks. I have experience working with classic as well as obscure world literature and can tackle various styles of work depending on what you need help with.

I am offering lessons to all students studying English Literature at A-levels, IGCSE/GCSEs and anything below. I am also open to teaching unofficial/informal students looking to improve their knowledge in English or Literature. For a subject like Literature, it is especially important to truly understand the text and surrounding concepts to make relevant connections within the text and across a range of texts - which is the key skill high school and university entrance exams are looking for.
