About Lydia-Rose
Hi! My name is Lyds. I am a second year Modern Languages student at Durham University. I have been studying French for 9 years and am fluent.
I have tutoring experience, having been in charge of organising and delivering lessons to local schools through Durham's Languages Outreach program.
As well as the French language, I also study French culture, and this will be ingrained in the material that I teach (to differing levels for different abilities.)

- My teaching style is based in solidifying the student's knowledge in both vocabulary and grammar.
- I have also found through my past tutoring experience that it is most effective for lessons to be as interactive as possible, so students will be encouraged to engage and converse as much as they like.
- Lessons will last (on average) one hour.
