About Miguel
Hello, I'm Miguel and I'm a second year student at the University of California San Diego. I am majoring in Physics and minoring in math education. Most of my experience comes from helping my classmates in math and physics. I am also a partner a program at my university that pairs university students with local high school students and helps them with math. I love math and I enjoy helping those who struggle with it.

My teaching method revolves around building the student's confidence. Whenever a student encounters a long and difficult math or physics problem, I help them break it down into smaller, more manageable steps. As they solve each step they build confidence towards solving the bigger problem.
