About Holly
From a young age, Biology has been what I‘ve wanted to pursue. Receiving a 9 in both Biology and Chemistry at GCSE, and Bs in both at A Level, this has lead me to where I am now studying Biology with the University of Kent.
I have self-taught myself multiple skills, including crochet and guitar, since I myself find that I learn best independently rather than in large groups, and as a student I regularly read and research relevant topics to my field.
I take pride in educating my friends and family on interesting topics that can be difficult to understand, and breaking it down to them in digestible parts, as well as tutoring my Year 11 sister when she struggles studying for her GCSES.
These combined have pushed me further, to help other students that may be struggling with biological concepts, and give education a more fun and unique twist depending on how students best learn.

Using guidelines from exam specification and verified textbooks, I teach in a unique way with interactive learning and understanding.Using diagrams, drawings, and past paper exam questions, I ensure that information is easy to digest and broken down in a way that students not only know the information, but they fully understand the concepts. Biology is a subject with a lot of content, so memorising is near impossible - hence why I take the approach of strengthening the foundations and basics and work from there.
