About Aimee
Hi! I’m a 20 year old second year student studying Music and Spanish at the University of Manchester. I am flexible in my approach to teaching Spanish and am happy to work with my student to make their experience most beneficial and enjoyable. I have experienced both tutoring and being tutored in Spanish which has allowed me the insight into both sides of this process and how best to structure lessons.

Lessons are usually an hour but are customisable upon discussion. Happy to generally teach the language using researched language teaching practices such as Grammar-Translation, which focuses on a mix of translation to and from Spanish, as well as grammar exercises + vocab lists collated during discussion/ words came across in lessons. Also, communicative language teaching which focuses on conversation in Spanish, strengthening oral skills and teaching language skills (i.e grammar) through a native approach. Can go through workbooks, help prepare for assignments/ tests. Provide lists of Spanish media (age-appropriate) to engage with outside of lessons if desired.
Currently studying Music and Spanish at a Russel Group University. Earned an A* in Spanish at A-Level and GCSE.
Lessons available for anyone up to and including GCSE level.
