I have been studying Japanese for 15 years. I am a huge fan of anime, so decided to also take up Japanese at university. I was attracted to the opportunity to master an Asian language along with the European language already under my belt.

I aim to help my students work towards confidence in using Japanese writing systems, grammar, and extensive vocabulary.
I would use pictures to help students remember the writing systems, and also recommend Japanese anime and songs that provide excellent listening practice.
