About Paris
I am currently a junior at PennWest California (formerly California University of Pennsylvania), studying Secondary Education with a direct focus in Social Studies, and considering adding a second major in specifically History. I have been obsessed with history since I was a little kid, always wondering why the current world was the way it was. As a student with ADHD, I am also very understanding (and cooperative) when it comes to trying to stay motivated, time management, and staying focused and on task.

My goal isn't just to help you memorize dates, but to act as a supportive partner through the more challenging parts of the subject, whether that’s deconstructing a complex primary source, outlining a research paper, or preparing for a big exam. I try to focus on breaking down difficult tasks into manageable steps, providing the right amount of guidance so you can build confidence and tackle your coursework without feeling overwhelmed. I will do everything in my power to explain things to you in ways you can understand easily (such as tying historical events to current pop culture references, making learning "fun", or simply describing things in a clear, concise, direct way)
