About Kainat
I am passionate about helping my students achieve the best of the best, this can be displayed through my profession as a teacher and my years of tutoring. I keep up to date with educational research, always finding ways to help my students recall information and apply second-order concepts such as significance, change and continuity, and so on.
My passion for History is displayed through my two degrees, and my desire to diversify the curriculum.
In my spare time, I do Muay Thai kick-boxing as I value discipline and organisation, which transfers into my work as a teacher.

My teaching methodology focuses on providing detailed lessons, with starters based on retrieval and familiarising with the chosen topic, main bodies that include subject content, modeled grade 9/A* answers, alongside teaching my students skills such as; source analysis, critical thinking, analysis of interpretations. This allows my students to emulate the same level 9/A* writing. Ending my lessons off with plenaries to ensure my students have understood the lesson and are able to apply the skills learned. I also edit coursework and provide valuable feedback, focusing on the AO1, A02, and A03 aspects.
I am currently a teacher that has taught secondary and A-Level History, for a number of years! I have experience particularly with the Edexcel Pearson exam board but have the skillset to teach and understand the structure of any exam board.
My History degrees from both Russell Group Universities UCL and Queen Mary have equipped me with a depth of historical knowledge.
