Enjoys getting to know learners to make sure the tasks are set at the correct level, allowing high prior attainers to excell and achieve the highest grades while also allowing learners who need additional help to achieve their desired grade.
Strong ability to work with learners with ADHD and Autism as well as other neurodivergent traits, allowing them to engage with the material in more inclusive ways that aren't always available in the classroom.
