About Saim
Im a 24-year-old male currently a Law undergrad, I'vecompleted a body transformation from being a very overweight child all the way till I was in college, from about 19 I started my gym journey and it changed my life completely, everything I've done I had to learn the hard way through trial and error that meant sleepless nights frequent injuries, fad diets, from keto to OMAD I've done it all. Now I'm at a place where I've learnt the tricks of the trade and carbs, not the enemy if this resonated with you in any way we have work to do !
