About Joshua
I am a self taught painter. I have been doing painting and other crafts for about 12 years. I work at a studio where I teach adults and children (ages 7-17) with no experience how to create a piece. My teaching techniques are detailed, yet fun and uplifting. I do not grade my guests pieces and never provide negative criticism. As the famous Bob Ross once said, "there are no mistakes, just happy little accidents".

Composition, how to design an balanced piece.
Color theory including mixing colors to achieve various shades.
Painting techniques including how to use different brush stroke to achieve different textures.
Proper cleaning and care of the materials.
