With a background in education and a BA (Hons) in Working with Children, Young People, and Families, I have spent years helping students build confidence, develop their skills, and reach their full potential. My Approach to Tutoring: I provide engaging and tailored tutoring for students of all ages and abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). My approach is student-centred, adapting to individual learning styles to build confidence and academic success. Techniques & Teaching Methodology: I use a flexible and interactive approach, combining structured lessons with real-life applications to make learning meaningful. I incorporate visual aids, interactive activities, and a patient, supportive environment to ensure understanding. For SEN students, I adapt materials and strategies to meet their specific needs, ensuring accessibility and engagement. Typical Lesson Length: Lessons typically last one hour, but I am happy to adjust this based on the student’s needs and attention span. Qualifications & Experience: I have extensive experience supporting students in education, having worked as a Learning Support Assistant and Teaching Assistant across various settings. My background includes working with children and young people in both mainstream and SEN environments, helping them develop academically and emotionally. I also have a BA (Hons) in Working with Children, Young People, and Families, giving me a strong foundation in child development and educational support. I offer tutoring for: -Primary & Secondary students in various subjects -SEN students who need tailored learning support I am passionate about making education accessible and enjoyable, helping each student reach their full potential at their own pace.
