About Michael
Throughout the pre-medical track at Boston University I have received an A in all of my general chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, and mathematics requirements. I have tutored students through the educational resource center at my University for three years which has totaled over 2,000 hours of tutoring lessons. I have also worked as a teaching assistant for a general chemistry course at Boston University in which I was responsible for preparing lesson plans for students and breaking down information for students to easily understand.

My focus as a tutor is for my students to understand the concepts at a high level! Often students strive to memorize how to do certain problems, or study information in inefficient ways that leave them confused on exams when they come across a problem they haven't seen before. Students often come to me saying they studied so much for an exam, but when the exam came they didn't truly understand what their teacher/professor was asking. The lessons I have been giving to college and high-school students for over three years have aimed to make my students a master at the conceptual aspect of exams. In this way my students are able to conceptualize the information at a high enough level to solve any problem thrown at them on an exam!
