About Kayla
I’m a rising senior at Cal Poly Pomona, after transferring from a community college nearby. I’m a digital marketing major although my favorite subject is math! I enjoy teaching and building to that “eureka” moment. My goal is to help other students WANT to learn, rather than HAVE to.

I make my lessons about more than covering material. It’s about gaining the ability to answer and understand problems at a deeper level. I do my best to connect problems to real-world Situations, helping students to realize the importance of subjects. I do my best to take the narrative from, “It’s too hard, I can’t get it” to “It was hard but, I wonder how I got that wrong.”
