I always begin from the basics because I believe that mastering a subject requires a strong understanding of its fundamentals. Additionally, I ensure that learners practise the techniques and code daily, as learning and implementation are distinct processes. To facilitate this, I provide self-made notes after each session and conduct quizzes to reinforce understanding and track progress. This comprehensive approach ensures that students not only learn but also effectively apply the techniques. Languages: C, C++, Python, R, MATLAB, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  • 1) Can you tell us about your first experience using a computer?

I started using a computer when I was 8 year old, I still remember the first thing I learned on the computer was paint and as I was fond of computer games, pinball was the one where I started from. After that, I started learning LOGO as a part of the computer Science module. I was very excited when I drew my first scenery on paint , I was actually flaunting about that in front of my friends.
  • What is the technological evolution that has marked you most and what will be, in your eyes, a turning point in this field?

I believe it was the time when everything was moving towards mobile applications.
People started launching their ideas with the help of these applications both on IOS and Android. For example Flipkart, Zomato etc. The best part about this is that it is application in all industries right from Medical to Fashion
  • Explain your expertise, your interest in it and, more broadly, its importance in the computer world.

I love taking challenges and solving real-life problems. On weekends I always take challenges on HackerRank, where I solve coding problems using Python, R and sometimes C. I am very acquainted with programming languages and Object Oriented concepts. I also take part in a Kaggle competition with my friends as I love doing it.
  • Do so-called 'visionaries', such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg inspire you or do you have other role models?

Mark Zuckerberg is my idol as is the way he uses technology in his day today life.
  • Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

During my final year of undergrad I had to submit a final group project within a week.

The project constituted 20% of our final grade, due to which it was important for the

group to work collaboratively and stick to the timelines established However, one of the group members was frequently missing sessions and not turning in his part of work on time which led to a lot of frustrations amongst my team members. In fact few of the group members had started speaking rudely. Therefore, I decided to take ownership of the situation and deal with the issue in hand calmly. First, I invited the team member out for lunch to understand what the situation was and if in case he was facing any issues so that I could provide him with any support needed. Having an open conversation with him helped, as he started to feel comfortable and shared with me that one of his relatives is really sick due to which he was finding it difficult to attend the meetings. Upon understanding his situation, I immediately arranged for a team and explained the situation to them. Next, I took the initiative of re-assigning the tasks, where I assigned the team member tasks which he could do remotely and did not need to travel for. Moreover, I proposed the group conduct virtual meetings instead, so that it is easier for the team members to join the sessions. In the end, this helped the team member not only attend all the meetings but even contribute towards the project in an effective manner. Moreover, we were able to submit a project which was not only thorough but in- depth which our professor commended us for.
  • What would you say to an uncomfortable person in front of a screen who says that "IT is too complicated"?

I would just say to him that it is just a matter of time to understand it, just invest your time and you will get it for sure.
  • What are your other passions, related or non-related to computers?

In my spare time, I focus on keeping myself fit through yoga exercises such as Pranayama which is a breath control exercise and Power Yoga, which keeps me mentally and physically fit and has further helped me be disciplined. Secondly, I am extremely passionate about Football and I engage in regular games of football with my friends. Moreover, I have been practicing in football for the last 8 years as this has helped me manage my stress effectively and develop my collaboration skills. Apart from that, I enjoy volunteer work and community activities. For the

For the past two years, I have been volunteering at an NGO where I teach underprivileged children. Currently, I am involved in volunteering at my University where we organize riverside clean-up drives once a week to ensure the river water is pollution-free. I also volunteer a couple of hours per week at a Social Services organization that hands out clothes and other necessities to the homeless. Giving something back to the community and making a difference is something that I am very passionate about. These are the few activities that I pursue in my free time.
  • What makes you a Superprof in IT?

I am a person who has done his Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering and after that I pursue MSc in Data Science and Analytics, apart from that I have two years of experience in this field when I was working at Data Nova in India. After gaining a hands on experience in programming languages and Data Science tools it feels that I can easily explain the concepts in IT with ease and clarity, in order to help people to gain deep insight into IT. These were reasons I am teaching Computer Science on Superprof.
