About Jamie
Hello! My name is Jamie! I am a senior Legal Communications major at Howard University from Kenosha, Wisconsin. I have been working with children since 2021. I am always excited to help the next generation begin their journey towards success, as they are very important in the future of the world.

I have been teaching students since 2021, beginning as a reading coach for students in grades K-6. I then went on to become a summer camp counselor and an after school teacher. I enjoy making sure that the next generation of students have all the knowledge they need to be successful in their lives! I am able to tutor children grades K-8, helping with any math or reading needs they may have. My teaching methods are based on each student because I understand that every child learns differently. I always will have a base lesson plan, but how quickly we progress is solely based on the child I am working with!
