About Chloe
I have always been passionate about math and science, and I enjoy helping others to see the beauty in these subjects. I was valedictorian in high school, receiving both the math and science awards for the senior class. I am now a senior in college, majoring in physics and minoring in mathematics. I have worked as a lab assistant, group tutor, and individual tutor for both Algebra and Calculus-based Physics as well as Modern Physics. I have also worked as an Aerospace Engineering Intern, Department of Defense Physics Researcher, and Solar Researcher. I truly love math and science, and I am passionate about mentoring younger students. I hope to heighten their understanding so that they, too, can enjoy these subjects and become confident in their own abilities.

I teach by working through real-life examples and practice problems and focusing on any particularly challenging concepts for the student. I make it a priority to explain the conceptual aspect of each problem. Rather than just explaining exactly how to solve the problem, I explain why each problem is solved the way it is. I have been a tutor to undergraduate physics students for three years, doing both group tutoring and individual tutoring. These lessons are for any math class up to and including calculus, as well as any physics class up to and including quantum mechanics.
