About Noah
My name is Noah, I am a student at ANU studying archaeology and Astrophysics and I am looking for students to teach. I have been training traditional Shotokan karate for 14 years with some experience in BJJ and Judo but my primary focus being karate. I am a shodan (Black Belt) grade licensed with JKA and SKIA and have taught a wide variety of students and classes. If you are looking to get started with karate or pick it back up again, or simply looking for some additional exercise, I am fit to teach you.

I am able to teach all areas of shotokan Karate in depth and can do so in accordance with the SKIA or JKA syllabus or simply in accordance to students abilities. I run through Kihon (technique), Kata (form) and Kumite (sparring), developing all three fundamental areas of karate. I have 14 years of experience training karate and have taught many classes of students with a wide variety of skill sets. I am able to teach any level up to my own at any age, whether it is to pursue a deeper knowledge and understanding of karate as a martial art, to develop motivation and discipline or simply to get some extra exercise in.
