About Marianne
Singer and actress, I offer courses around the voice and the body for anyone wishing to lift the veil on these essential tools and their expression! Completely dyslexic and completely frightened by my voice, I started this journey with a body that understood everything backwards, from spelling to gesture and hearing. Thanks to these initial handicaps, I plunged into different forms of singing (lyrical, jazz, varieties, world songs), then into dance and theater (Jacques Lecoq school, Play school, Estudis Berti Tovias) in order to find answers and solutions. Today I wrote and performed my one-on-stage 'Péronnelle!' which is right between the theater and the song, I participated in the recording of the soundtrack of a feature film, am in creation for a play with the Company Echoscène, give workshops, am one presenters of the Montagne en Scène film festival in English and French and spoke in middle and high school to talk about this joyously thorny path. Through various workshops, I accompanied a theatrical improvisation group, department managers who had difficulty expressing themselves in front of their teams, teachers, entrepreneurs. Anyone interested in this area is welcome.

The goal of these sessions is to learn, to understand through the body and the feeling. My goal is to bring you knowledge of the vocal apparatus, the body and the breath; to create a routine for you in order to prepare yourself as well as possible during a one-off or daily intervention. Knowing your body, controlling your breath and taming your voice brings well-being, relaxation and helps in stress management. Program of one hour sessions: - A first physical contact - The posture without which it is improbable to breathe properly - Breathing through different exercises in order to awaken and understand the air column - The vocal awakening - Diction We will also talk about emotions, intonation, speech speed and their impact on our attitude, our posture, our words.
