About Ogundeji
• Be on time, prepared, and organized: If you say class starts at 4pm, start at 4pm. Have your materials ready.
• Keep boundaries clear: You’re friendly, not their peer. Respectful language, fair treatment, no favoritism.
• Follow through: If you promise to mark scripts by Friday or send notes, do it. Broken promises kill trust fast.
Message you can say:
“Everything we do here has a purpose. I respect your time, so I’ll come prepared and I expect the same from you. That’s how we get results.”
2. Inspire confidence by making them feel capable
Confidence comes from small wins and being seen.
• Explain the ‘why’: Show how the topic connects to exams, jobs, or real life in Nigeria. People engage when it matters.
• Celebrate effort, not just grades: “I saw you got this method wrong, but your approach was smart. Let’s fix it.”
• Create a no-shame space: Let them ask ‘stupid’ questions without being laughed at. Most students shut down because they fear embarrassment.
• Give specific feedback: “Your introduction is strong, but add data here” beats “Good job.”

1. Clarity over jargon: I break down tough topics into plain language you actually understand, with real examples from everyday life in Nigeria. No fluff, no wasted time.
2. Practice that sticks: We don’t just talk theory. You’ll solve problems, ask questions, and apply what you learn immediately so it stays with you for exams and real life.
3. Support beyond the class: If you’re stuck, you can reach out. My job isn’t done until you get it.
