I HAVE BEEN A PROFESSIONAL SINGER FOR MORE THAN 25 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN TEACHING FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS. I TEACH STUDENTS BOTH PRIVATELY AND AT UNIVERSITY/CONSERVATOIRE, BOTH AT UNDERGRADUATE AND POST GRADUATE LEVELS AS WELL AS STUDENTS WHO NOW SING PROFESSIONALLY.

MY TEACHING HAS A HOLISTIC APPROACH. THE STUDENT IS THE INSTRUMENT! THEREFORE MANY THINGS CAN CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS THE STUDENT BEING ABLE TO SING. OBVIOUSLY, VOCAL HEALTH, POSTURE, AND EMOTIONS CAN AFFECT ONE’S ABILITY TO SING AND PERFORM, AS A TEACHER I OBSERVE ALL OF THESE. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY WE HAVE FUN WHILE LEARNING!
I AM ABLE TO TEACH ONLINE VIA FACE TIME SKYPE AND ZOOM.
