About Sjanel
I am a part-time performer who has been singing professionally since 2011. I have sung at many venues all over the country and still do so every month.
I have had technical singing lessons which I then taught to students later on. This has given me the upper edge when it comes to knowing my voice and its capabilities.
I am a very honest and uplifting person and work with you based on where you are at.
I love to challenge students and I want them to have fun while learning to master their art.
I will help you strengthen your chest, head, and mid-range voice so you can feel comfortable when singing and trying out different kinds of material.
I can sing most genres but primarily focus on pop, country, and rock music.

• I am a funny, quirky, and friendly person
• I focus half of my class on technicality as I believe that is
what will prepare you while singing and trying new kinds of
songs.
• Usually we will focus on technical exercises and move over to
mastering a song of your or my choice or both.
• I teach in Afrikaans and English
