I have never done this before but sometimes i do help my friends in their depression phase and according tl them i good at helping and guiding others so I would prefer my class to be more of practical class where students can openly discuss their thoughts ideas and all can come as a group and discuss and help each other over it. Where they can know they are not the only one going from any wrong situation.
