About Niya
As I am a sixth form student and 17 year old at Henrietta Barnett which is a very academically advanced grammar school. Since I have participated in a range of volunteering and tutoring positions, I have experience with a wide age range of students allowing me to interact with them and educate them while also seeming relatable and approachable to them. I have noticed this helps my students be more honest about their learning experiences and gaps in their knowledge to best maximise the support and teaching I provide them. I have always found educating the younger generation and seeing how my support helps them flourish academically and in confidence to be extremely rewarding which is why I tutor.

My standard lessons are an hour long and I work with the student to help them learn and solidify any knowledge that they may want support on. I have successfully tutored in maths and continue to do so to the high satisfaction of both student and guardian. I set homework if it is asked for and i focus on the student's weaknesses so that they are comfortable in all areas of the curriculum.
