About Lily
I am a committed ESL tutor with 12 years of experience working with high school and college students. I believe that learning English should be simple, engaging, and meaningful.
So far, I have taught around 150 to 200 students. This has helped me understand how to adjust my teaching methods to suit each learner. I focus on improving grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
A key milestone in my career has been helping students overcome their fear of speaking English. Many of my students have become confident speakers and better writers.
My teaching style is supportive and interactive. I encourage students to practice regularly and learn from mistakes. I create a comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated.
Teaching English allows me to help students grow and succeed, and I am proud to be part of their journey.

My ESL teaching methodology is designed to make learning useful, engaging, and student-centered. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students understand how English is used in daily life, from simple conversations to professional communication.
I motivate students by encouraging them and helping them build confidence step by step. I include problem-solving techniques such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life tasks to improve their speaking and thinking skills. I believe in integrity, so I provide honest feedback and clear guidance to help students improve.
I also follow a flexible approach, adapting lessons based on each student’s goals, level, and learning pace. Besides ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills to support complete language development.
